DTech Creative provides web development, eCommerce solutions, custom software development, digital marketing, and related IT services. All services will be delivered based on a mutually agreed proposal, scope of work, timeline, and pricing.
Every project must be confirmed through a written agreement, quotation, or invoice approval. The agreement will outline project scope, features, deadlines, and payment terms. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be treated as a separate task and may incur additional charges.
We provide a limited number of revisions as defined in the project agreement. Any excessive revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may require additional cost and extended delivery time.
Project timelines are estimated based on the initial scope. Delays caused by the client, including late feedback, content submission, or approvals, may extend the delivery timeline. DTech Creative will not be held responsible for such delays.
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, images, credentials, and information required for project completion. The client must ensure that all provided materials do not violate any copyright, trademark, or legal regulations.
Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership rights to the final delivered work. However, DTech Creative reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Projects may involve third-party tools, plugins, APIs, or services (such as hosting, payment gateways, or licenses). DTech Creative is not responsible for any issues, limitations, or costs associated with these third-party services.
Post-delivery support will be provided as per the agreed support plan. Ongoing maintenance, updates, or security monitoring are not included unless explicitly mentioned in the agreement.
DTech Creative respects client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive business information to third parties without prior consent, except where required by law.
DTech Creative shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In such cases, payments made are non-refundable, and any completed work up to that point will be delivered based on payment status.
All payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds, if any, will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of DTech Creative.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
DTech Creative reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
